Shipping and Delivery

At Gaia Greener, each order is carefully prepared in our artisan workshop located in Boisset-lès-Montrond (42). We strive to deliver your eco-friendly accessories as quickly as possible while maintaining responsible logistics.

Free delivery: Enjoy free delivery in Metropolitan France exclusively via Mondial Relay on orders of €79 or more!

  • Mondial Relay: Free from €79 (otherwise charged by weight).
  • Colissimo: Shipping costs are borne by the customer and calculated based on the weight of the order (not eligible for free delivery).
  • Europe: Costs are calculated based on weight and destination zone.

1. Delivery Zones and Times

The times indicated below include the preparation time for your items (including the artisan crafting of certain accessories) and the transit time.

2. Click & Collect: Local Delivery (42)

We prioritize short supply chains for our customers in the Forez plain.

  • Free: Local delivery is free on orders of €29 or more.
  • Zone: Within a 7 km radius around Boisset-lès-Montrond (Montrond-les-Bains, Savigneux, l'Hôpital-le-Grand, Unias, etc.).
  • How it works: Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange a meeting point for hand delivery.

3. Order tracking

As soon as your creations leave our workshop, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track the delivery of your package in real time via our partners' platforms (La Poste or Mondial Relay) until it reaches your home or pickup point.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your cart and the chosen shipping method.

Note: For orders outside Metropolitan France, any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Specific Products and Crafting

As an artisan brand, some products require specific crafting time (especially our fanny packs or hot water bottles). This time is already included in the stated delivery times. If an order contains multiple items, the entire package will be shipped once all products are ready.
