• Once used, place the used sanitary pads and period panties in the compartment provided, making sure to close the pouch securely to prevent leaks.
• When you return home, empty and clean the pouch with warm water and mild soap, then allow it to air dry.

• 📍 LOCAL DELIVERY (42210): FREE on orders over €29. Hand delivery within 48 hours within a 7 km radius (Savigneux, Montrond-les-Bains...).

RETURNS:

Changed your mind? We accept returns on your fashion items and wellness accessories within 30 days.

• 🇫🇷 RETURNS WITHIN FRANCE: Benefit from our negotiated rates. A prepaid label is provided, and a flat fee of €4.99 is simply deducted from your final refund.
• 🇪🇺 RETURNS FROM EUROPE: Returns from outside France are at the customer's expense via the carrier of their choice.
• 📍 LOCAL RETURNS (42210): Free by hand delivery by appointment.
• ⚠️ HYGIENE & SAFETY: For health reasons, our washable products and wellness care items cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is broken or the packaging is open.
• 💳 FAST REFUND: Credit to your account within 5 business days after receipt and inspection by our workshop.
