- 📍 LOCAL DELIVERY (42210): FREE on orders over €29. Hand delivery within 48 hours within a 7 km radius (Savigneux, Montrond-les-Bains...).

- 🇪🇺 RETURNS IN EUROPE: Returns from outside France are at the customer's expense via the carrier of their choice.

- ⚠️ HYGIENE & SAFETY: For health reasons, our washable products and wellness care items cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is broken or the packaging is opened.
