- 🇪🇺 EUROPEAN ORDERS: Delivery via Colissimo International to your home within 10 to 15 business days.
- 📍 LOCAL DELIVERY (42210): FREE on orders over €29. Hand delivery within 48 hours within a 7 km radius (Savigneux, Montrond-les-Bains...).

Changed your mind? We accept returns on your fashion items and wellness accessories within 30 days.

- 🇪🇺 RETURNS WITHIN EUROPE: Returns from outside France are at the customer's expense via the carrier of their choice.
- 📍 LOCAL RETURNS (42210): Free by hand delivery by appointment.
- ⚠️ HYGIENE & SAFETY: For health reasons, our washable products and wellness care items cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is broken or the packaging is open.
