🇫🇷 FRANCE ORDERS: Home delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay pickup point delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
🇪🇺 EUROPE ORDERS: Home delivery via Colissimo International within 10 to 15 business days.
📍 LOCAL DELIVERY (42210): FREE on orders over €29. Hand delivery within 48 hours within a 7 km radius (Savigneux, Montrond-les-Bains...).

RETURNS:

Changed your mind? We accept returns on your fashion items and wellness accessories within 30 days.

🇫🇷 RETURNS IN FRANCE: Benefit from our negotiated rates. A prepaid label is provided, and a flat fee of €4.99 is simply deducted from your final refund.
🇪🇺 RETURNS IN EUROPE: Returns outside France are at the customer's expense via the carrier of their choice.
