Heating methods for greater freedom

For long-lasting, soothing warmth, we recommend three heating methods tailored to your needs:

• In the Microwave (fast): place the seed bag (without the cover) for 1 min 30 at 700W maximum. Make sure the turntable rotates freely.
• In the Oven (gentle): preheat your fan oven to 100°C and leave the hot water bottle for about 20 minutes. It is the ideal method for deeper, more even heat.
• On a Radiator (economical): Place your hot water bottle on a radiator. Shake it regularly to distribute the seeds and even out the temperature.

1. Is the straight shape suitable for relieving neck and shoulder pain?

Absolutely! Unlike rigid "U" shaped models, our cervical hot water bottle has an ultra-flexible straight shape. As soon as you place it on your shoulders, the spelt seeds naturally spread out to perfectly fit your body shape. It thus adapts to all body types and offers a wider heating surface to cover both the cervical area and the upper trapezius muscles.

2. Does the hot water bottle stay in place without slipping?

Yes, thanks to its carefully designed weight of 850g. This precise weight is no coincidence: it is heavy enough to keep the hot water bottle firmly pressed against your shoulders by gravity alone (even if you move slightly), but light enough not to create uncomfortable pressure on your vertebrae.
