1. Why choose buckwheat instead of millet or spelt?

Buckwheat is the firmest and densest filling in our range. Unlike millet (soft) or spelt (light), buckwheat hulls provide support that does not sag by a single millimeter during the night. It is the ultimate "therapeutic" pillow for those who need rigorous support and total head stability.

2. Is it true that the buckwheat pillow stays cool all night?

Yes, that is its greatest strength. Buckwheat hulls have an angular shape that creates thousands of small air channels inside the pillow. Thanks to its invisible zipper, you have complete control. If you sleep on your back, you can remove a little buckwheat so that your neck is perfectly aligned without being too high. 5. How do I care for my Gaia Greener pillow?

Hygiene is made easy: the pillow is completely removable. Empty the hulls into a bag or container, then wash the Oeko-Tex cotton cover at 30°C. Buckwheat hulls are naturally rot-proof and healthy; we simply recommend airing them out in the sun once a year to refresh them.
