1. First use: Before first use, thoroughly moisten the loofah under warm water. It will then regain its full suppleness and softness.
2. Use: Apply your favorite shower gel or soap directly to the damp loofah. Massage your body in gentle circular motions, focusing on rough areas such as the elbows, knees, and heels.
3. Rinsing after use: Rinse the loofah thoroughly under clean water after each use to remove any soap residue and dead skin cells.
4. Drying: Gently squeeze it out and hang it in a well-ventilated area so that it dries completely between uses. This is essential to prevent bacterial growth and prolong its lifespan.
5. Regular cleaning: For optimal hygiene, we recommend cleaning your loofah in the washing machine (up to 60°C) about once a week or every two weeks.
6. Lifespan: A loofah can be used for several weeks to a few months depending on the frequency of use and care. Replace it as soon as it starts to wear out or change color.
