1. Why choose flaxseed for neck pain relief?

Flaxseed is naturally rich in oil, which gives it excellent thermal inertia: it retains heat more effectively and releases it very evenly. Unlike other fillings, flaxseed acts like "hot sand," precisely molding to each vertebra and muscle in the neck for immediate relief.

2. Is the straight shape effective for the neck and shoulders?

Absolutely. Its rectangular shape and 850g weight are designed to be ultra-flexible. As soon as you place it, it "drapes" naturally over your shoulders and conforms to the curve of your neck. Its weighted design ensures perfect support through gravity.

3. How can I safely heat my flaxseed neck hot water bottle?

To enjoy comforting warmth, follow our recommendations:

• Microwave: 1 minute 30 at 700W maximum (place only the inner pouch).
• Conventional oven: 20 minutes at 100°C (fan heating).
• Radiator: Simply place it on top for gentle, continuous warmth.

Tip: Gently shake the hot water bottle after heating to evenly distribute the seeds and temperature.

4. Can the flaxseed hot water bottle be used to relieve migraines?

Yes, this is one of its great advantages in cryotherapy. Place your hot water bottle in an airtight bag in the freezer for 2 hours. Applied to the forehead or the base of the skull, the coolness of the flaxseed helps constrict blood vessels and naturally soothe headaches and inflammation.

5. Is it suitable for painful periods or lower back pain?

This is the advantage of its versatile straight shape. Although optimized for the neck, its length and flexibility allow it to be used flat on the lower back (lumbar region) or on the lower abdomen to soothe menstrual cramps. It is a multi-zone wellness accessory.

6. How do I care for my Gaia Greener hot water bottle?

For perfect hygiene, our hot water bottle is completely removable. The Oeko-Tex certified cotton cover can be machine-washed at 30°C. Caution: the pouch containing the flaxseed must never get wet to preserve its thermal properties.
