Returns and exchanges: everything you need to know

At Gaia Greener, we want you to be fully satisfied with your conscious purchases. If you change your mind, however, we have simplified our procedures to offer you a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Extended return period

Because the ecological transition takes time, we offer you a return period of 30 calendar days (instead of the statutory 14 days) after receiving your order to return your products.

2. Return conditions

For us to accept your return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unwashed).
  • In its intact original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your order number.

⚠️ Special cases (Hygiene): In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, hygiene or cosmetic products (washable pads, sanitary protection, loofahs, skincare) whose seal has been broken or packaging opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return costs: Who pays what?

We have chosen a fixed-fee policy for greater clarity:

  • Mainland France: We provide you with a prepaid shipping label. A flat-rate contribution of €4.99 will be deducted from your final refund to cover shipping and logistics processing costs.
  • European Union (excluding France): Return costs are at the customer's expense. You can choose the carrier of your choice (with mandatory tracking).
  • Our error or Defective product: If the return is due to a defect or preparation error, return costs are 100% free. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo to receive a free label.
  • Local return (42210): Free of charge by appointment at our workshop in Boisset-lès-Montrond.

4. How to make my return?

It's very simple, follow these 3 steps:

  1. Request: Send an email to contact@gaia-greener.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: For France, you will receive your label by email within 24 hours. Print it and drop off your package. For Europe, ship the package to the workshop address that will be communicated to you.
  3. Refund: Upon receipt and after checking the condition of the products, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days (usually processed within 5 days).

5. Restocking fees

At Gaia Greener, we apply no restocking fees. You only pay the flat-rate contribution of €4.99 mentioned above for France.
