1. What are the delivery times for my Gaia Greener order?
All our items are shipped from our workshop in Boisset-lès-Montrond (42210) .
- France Métropolitaine (Mainland France): Please allow 3 to 5 business days with Colissimo and 4 to 7 business days via Mondial Relay.
- Europe (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.): The average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days . Each order is carefully prepared, including the time taken to handcraft your accessories.
2. Do you offer local delivery around Boisset-lès-Montrond?
Yes! We prioritize short supply chains for our customers in the Forez plain. local delivery is free for purchases of €29 or more within a radius of 7 km around Boisset-lès-Montrond (including Montrond-les-Bains, Savigneux, L'Hôpital-le-Grand, Unias, etc.). Once your order has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a meeting point for the in-person delivery of your products.

As soon as your order leaves our workshop in the Loire (42) , you will receive an email with your tracking number . Whether you have chosen La Poste or Mondial Relay, you can track the arrival of your wellness products and accessories in real time until they reach your home or pickup point.
